SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are placed for shipment 1-2 days after the order is made, via Australia Post or Sendle. However, you may experience shipping delays with either carrier for unforseen circumstances. If you are purchasing internationally or in rural areas, delays could be expected. All international orders will be shipped through Sendle.

Please note, the customer is responsible potential duties or charges associated with the parcel for international shipments. Some countries may charge customs fees.

Our customers remain our top priority. We will continue to update our website if any delays are expected.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your State of Mynd purchases, but totally understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We will happily provide you with a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on full priced items as long as your return meets our requirements.

RETURNS CONDITIONS:

You must contact us within 7 days or receiving your order at hello@parishedger.com requesting a return
Items must be returned in original condition
Items must not be used or written on

Please note, all shipping fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

As a brand, we reserve the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost.

State of Mynd is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging.
