January 13, 2024. I had everything I’ve ever wanted.
January 14, 2024. I’d lost everything, and almost my life.
Bad things happen to everyone. We are all faced with hard situations. But we have to choose what we want to fight for.
This is not a sob-story, poor me, book about my life, but instead the fundamental lessons I’ve learnt that helped me overcome the worst situations I’ve experienced. You might be thinking, how much could one possibly have experienced at the ripe age of 20, but you’d be surprised. To summarise, I’ve battled through disordered eating, bullying, started up my own business and freelance social media marketing, travelled the world solo, suffered a debilitating, life threatening illness thanks to a complete freak accident, not to mention my Mum passed away only weeks after I survived a lifesaving surgery, which I now have a hypoxic brain injury from.
I hope that through my experiences, this book can inspire you to truly live the life you dream of. May you develop a resilient mindset, stand up for what you deserve, live a life with no regrets and not allow self-doubt, insecurities or the influence of others to stop you from achieving your full potential.
